MOMAH signs deals to develop 4 housing projects in Riyadh

MOMAH says the deals were signed with Weshah Co. and some landowners.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH) signed agreements with Weshah Co. and some landowners to develop four residential projects Al-Arid and Al-Narjis districts in Riyadh, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The projects will comprise various residential units, including villas and apartments.
The agreements aim to transform undeveloped land into integrated residential projects, thereby boosting housing supply while expanding residential options.
MOMAH emphasized that strengthening partnerships between landowners and developers is one of the key areas it supports to enhance the efficiency of real estate development and accelerate the utilization of developable land.
This will enhance the market’s ability to respond quickly to demand and support sustainable growth in the real estate sector.
