Expo 2030 Riyadh signs SAR 3.2B Expo Village Deal

Expo 2030 Riyadh signed today, Sept. 14, a SAR 3.2 billion joint venture agreement with Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. to develop and deliver “Expo Village,” an integrated residential community for Expo 2030 Riyadh.

The agreement marks Expo 2030 Riyadh’s first joint venture.

The project will comprise 2,300 residential units for about 5,500 residents, alongside a full range of amenities, with Expo Village strategically located and directly connected to the Expo 2030 Riyadh site via Expo Station, King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) and Riyadh’s transport network.

Under the agreement, Expo 2030 Riyadh and Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate will collaborate across all stages of the village’s development, combining their respective roles and expertise.

Expo 2030 Riyadh will provide strategic oversight and define project requirements, while Mohammed Al Habib Real Estate will contribute its expertise in development, investment and operations.
