The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Portfolios Investment Co.’s application to publicly offer units of PIC Saudi Equity Fund, the authority said in a statement.
 
Making an investment decision without carefully reading the terms and conditions (T&Cs) or fully reviewing the content may involve high risks.
 
Therefore, investors should carefully read the T&Cs, which include detailed information on the fund, investment strategy, and risk factors, to assess the feasibility of investing.
 
If the T&Cs are difficult to understand, it is recommended to contact the fund manager for further information.
 
The CMA’s approval should never be considered a recommendation to subscribe to the fund. It merely means that the legal requirements under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations have been met.
