Emaar the Economic City (Emaar EC) has secured a SAR 1 billion Murabaha loan from Banque Saudi Fransi to develop lands at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).

 

The facility tenor starts today and will continue till April 20, 2023, the developer said in a statement to the Saudi bourse. The loan is guaranteed by lands at KAEC.
