Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO), a provider of local inter-city transportation services in the kingdom, has renewed its contract with the Saudi government for another five years, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The Saudi cabinet approved the renewal on Monday, which will take effect from October 20, 2015.

 

No preferential treatment or advantages will be given to SAPTCO in the government’s selection of bus service providers, the statement added.
