Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance Co. shareholders have approved the company’s going concern, and rejected the possibility of asset liquidation.

 

Shareholders also approved the audit report and all financial statements for FY 2013, 2014 and 2015, the Saudi company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decisions came during a vote held during the extraordinary general meeting (OGM) on March 28.
