The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) reappointed Riadh Al-Humaidan on Monday as its board chairman for the next three years starting from April 9, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Mohamed Al-Sheikh was named as the deputy chairman.

 

The glass manufacturer has also set up the nomination, remuneration and audit committees, the statement said.
