Saudi Ceramic Co. will start paying cash dividend at 10 percent of capital, or SAR 1 a share for the fiscal year 2016 on May 8, 2017, the ceramic producer said in a statement to Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

 

Shareholders of record on the date of the extraordinary general meeting are entitled to receive this dividend.

 

Last December, Saudi Ceramic’s board of directors recommended a 10 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 1 per share for the fiscal year 2016, data compiled by Argaam showed.
