Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. said that Saudi British Bank (SABB) will deposit dividend for fiscal year 2016 into shareholders’ account on May 21, 2017.

 

Shareholders of record at the second day following the general assembly meeting are eligible to receive dividend for fiscal year 2016, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Earlier this week, the company’s extraordinary general assembly had approved a 15 percent cash dividend of SAR 120 million at SAR 1.5 per share for fiscal year 2016.
