Tadawul delists Sanad shares

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has delisted shares of Sanad Cooperative Insurance Co. as of May 11, the bourse said in a statement on Sunday.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Arabia’s market regulator, announced the insurer’s delisting on May 10, following the company’s failure to develop a restructuring plan and reduce its accumulated losses.
