Saudi Aramco’s board of directors has appointed Abdulaziz M. Al Judaimi as senior vice president for downstream, the company announced Sunday on its official Twitter account.

 

Al Judaimi has previously served as chairman of the board at Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co.’s (Petro Rabigh), in which Aramco owns a 37.5 percent stake.

 

He holds a master’s degree from MIT and is a petroleum engineering graduate from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
