The general assembly of Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) on Thursday elected board members for the new three-year term starting on July 1, 2017.

 

Shareholders also approved the board’s annual report, financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2016, according to the company’s statement on Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, they have elected the board’s audit committee and approved all related party contracts.
