AlBaha says case against former board adjourned to July 17

The hearing in a lawsuit filed against AlBaha Investment & Development Co.'s former chairman and board directors was adjourned to July 17, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul, on Sunday
The company said on Sept. 27 that it has filed a case against the outgoing chairman and the members of the board. Hearing in the case was postponed once before in January.
