Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) had to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on Sunday, June 18, due to a lack of quorum, it said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
