Samba Financial Group has joined other banks and financiers participating in the Kingdom’s subsidized loan program, Khalid Al Amoudi, general supervisor of Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) said Tuesday.

 

Amoudi said with a total of 7,700 new approvals for granting subsidized financing under the seventh batch of Sakani program, total approvals year-to-date stand at 53,900.

 

The subsidized mortgage product was launched in 2016 to finance residential units for eligible citizens.
