Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) will pay dividend for the first half of 2017 on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Shareholders of record on Aug. 10, 2017, and those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Earlier this month, the developer’s board of directors recommended a 5 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) for H1 2017, amounting to SAR 60 million.
