Jazan Development Co.’s board of directors has appointed three new board members – Fahad Mubarak Alguthami, Ahmed Mohammed Al-Sanea and Omar Abdul Aziz Al-Mohamadi – to serve until the end of the ongoing term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

The new board members replace Adnan Hamad Hamoud Al-Khamis, Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed and Mohammed Hamad Othman Al-Hussain, who resigned on Sep. 9 for personal reasons. The board accepted their resignation on Sunday.

 

The new appointments are still subject the approval of the next general assembly, the statement added.
