Middle East Healthcare Co.’s (Saudi German Hospital) board of directors in its first meeting for the new term on Sept. 17 has appointed Sobhi Abduljaleel Batterjee as chairman of the board and Makarem Sobhi Batterjee as vice-chairman, the company said in a statement.

 

The board, which was elected at an extraordinary general assembly (EGA) on Sept. 13, has approved forming the nomination and bonuses committee for three years ending Sept. 16 2020.

 

It also appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority and the board’s secretary.
