Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors has elected Abdulaziz Al Duaelij as chairman of the board for the current three-year term.

 

The board also appointed Mohammed Al Jaid as vice chairman during its meeting, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

In addition, board committees and the secretary council were formed, and company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were named.
