Nomu-listed Arab Sea Information Systems Co.’s board of directors on Tuesday reappointed Muhammad Al Suhaibani as board chairman for the current three-year term, which started on Sept. 17.

 

The board named Abdulaziz Al Khalifa as managing director for the company, Arab Sea said in a bourse statement.

 

During the meeting, the nomination and remunerations committee, investment committee and other board committees were formed.

 

The board secretary and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were also appointed.

 

Meanwhile, the audit committee was elected by the company’s general assembly held earlier this month.
