United Cooperative Assurance’s (UCA) board of directors accepted on Wednesday the resignation of chief executive officer Mishaal Afif, effective on Nov. 1.

 

Afif has stepped down for personal reasons, UCA said in a bourse statement.

 

The insurer added that it will name a new chief executive after fulfilling the regulatory paperwork.
