Al Olaya Complex, one of the properties belonging to late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate, will be sold in an auction soon, the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi) said on its website.

The 6,000-square meter commercial complex is located on Al-Hourani Street. It includes four commercial buildings with 17 showrooms, 40 apartments and two extensions.

Al Olaya Complex’s rental yield is estimated at SAR 1.68 million per year.
