Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) inked a SAR 6 million contract on Wednesday with Dar Al Handasah for Design and Engineering Consultancy to provide designs for developing a 50,000 square meters residential complex in Jeddah.

 

The contract has duration of 24 months, will be financed from the company’s internal resources, Al Akaria said in a bourse statement.

 

The transaction does not include any related parties and any impact will be reflected on financials of Q4 2017, the statement added.
