Banque Saudi Fransi’s board of directors has approved appointing Rayan Bin Mohamed Fayez (Independent member) as a board member, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The appointment of Fayez, starting Dec. 17, 2017 until Dec. 31, 2018, will be submitted for validation during the next shareholders general assembly, the statement added.


Currently, the chief executive of Savola Group, Fayez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with Concentration in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US.
