Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. has invited its shareholders to attend an ordinary general assembly on January 1, 2018, at the company’s headquarter in Dammam.

 

Shareholders will elect a five-member board of directors for the upcoming term starting on Jan. 1, through cumulative voting, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

They will also vote on the formation of the audit committee, as well as the related governing rules and remuneration policy.

 

Shareholders of record at the close of the trading before the meeting date will be eligible to attend, the statement added.
