Saudi International Petrochemical Co.’s (Sipchem) general assembly approved on Tuesday the updated charter for the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amended policies and procedures of board membership and the remuneration policy for board members, committees, and senior executives.
