Subscription applications for Derayah REIT’s initial public offering (IPO) will be received on Friday and Saturday, upon investor request, fund manager Derayah Financial Corporation said in a statement.

 

Investors applied to Derayah Financial, asking for more time to buy the fund’s units through the National Commercial Bank (NCB), Arab National Bank, Riyad Bank and Derayah Financial, the statement added.

 

The offering, which was launched on Dec. 27, will run until Sunday, Jan. 7, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Derayah is offering 36.17 million units, or 33 percent of the fund’s total capital, at SAR 10 each.
