AlAhli REIT Fund 1 will start trading on Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as of tomorrow, the company said in a statement.

 

The fund manager said the offering was oversubscribed by 157 percent, with roughly 25,000 investors subscribing to 41.25 million offered units.
