BATIC Investments and Logistics Co.’s general assembly approved on Sunday the updated charter for the nominations and remunerations committee and the audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the amended policies for board membership, dividend distribution, as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives.
