Housing ministry seeks to build houses for 375,000 citizens

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing plans to increase the number of beneficiaries for housing units to 375,000, Al-Madinah newspaper reported.
The ministry is working on new products and projects, it said, adding that the units are provided with up to 10-year guarantees.
Under the Sakani I program in 2017, the housing ministry offered more than 280,000 housing and financing products to Saudi nationals.
The ministry recently launched the Sakani 2018 program, which includes a total of 300,000 housing and financing products across the Kingdom.
