Taleem REIT will pay a 1.6 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.16 per share) for the fourth quarter of 2017 on Jan. 30, fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Jan. 14, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible for the dividend.

 

Earlier this month, the fund manager said Taleem REIT will distribute a 1.6 percent cash dividend to unit-holders at SAR 0.16 per share for Q4 2017, Argaam reported.
