Najran Cement Co.’s board of directors has appointed Abdulsalam bin Abdallah Al-Duraibi as the new chief executive officer effective April 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

In a separate statement, the cement firm said Al-Duraibi would be resigning from his position as a member of the company’s audit committee, on which he served from Oct. 1, 2016 to date.

 

Al-Duraibi is a certified financial analyst (CFA) and has experience in the asset management and investment sector, the statement said.
