Osool & Bakheet Capital said that Al Maathar REIT will pay cash dividend for nearly 5 months ended Dec. 31, 2017, within 20 days from March 20, 2018.

 

Shareholders of record on March 20, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

Last week, Osool&Bakheet Investment Co. said it would pay a cash dividend of 2.6 percent, or SAR 0.26 per unit, totaling SAR 16 million to AlMaathar REIT Fund unit holders for 4.63 months, starting from the date of asset transfer to the fund until Dec. 31, 2017, according to data compiled by Argaam.
