Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. on Tuesday has hired NCB Capital as financial advisor for its capital increase program, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In September 2016, the insurer’s board of directors proposed a SAR 100 million rights issue, in order to boost solvency margin and support future activities, Argaam reported.
