Etihad Etisalat Co.’s (Mobily) shareholders on Sunday delegated the company’s board of directors to proceed with the legal case against the company's previous chief executive officer and the managing director, Khaled Alkaf, the telecom provider said in a bourse statement.

They also gave the board the right to delegate any person required to proceed with the legal case.

 

During the ordinary general assembly, shareholders also approved all other items on its meeting agenda.
