Bank Aljazira will distribute today SAR 37.6 million, representing compensation for unsubscribed shares, the lender said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The amount will be paid to eligible shareholders for share fractions, or who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to new shares during the rights issue.

 

The bank will deposit the amount in the shareholders’ bank accounts.
