First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) has appointed Layth Al Shaiban as chief executive officer of its new commercial banking business in Saudi Arabia, it said in a statement on Wednesday.

 

The appointment is subject to regulatory approvals.

 

In March, the Saudi cabinet approved issuing a license to FAB to open three branches in the Kingdom.
