Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Saud Al Gosibi as board chairman for the current three-year term that started on April 19, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Adnan Al-Nuaim was renamed deputy chairman for the current term.

 

The board also elected members of the executive committee and nominations & remunerations committee for the current term, the statement said.
