Jarir sets up subsidiary in Bahrain

Jarir Marketing Co. has established a fully owned subsidiary in Bahrain under the same name, the retailer said in a statement to Tadawul.
The new firm, which follows the parent company’s line of business, was set up with self-funded capital of BHD 5,000, the statement added.
Establishing the subsidiary has no financial impact on Jarir's results, it added.
