Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom’s central bank, has issued guidelines for “Responsible Retail Financing,” effective as of Aug. 12, 2018.

 

The guidelines encourage responsible financing of housing and assets, as well as offering appropriate financing to all society categories.
