Dallah Healthcare Co.’s extraordinary general assembly has approved a 25 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 2.5 per share, amounting to SAR 147.5 million.

 

Shareholders have also delegated the board of directors to distribute semi-annual cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018 in accordance with the companies’ law and Daah’s financial position, cash flows and strategic plans.
