The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) board of commissioners approved on Monday Sidra Capital Co.’s request to amend its business profile by adding ‘Dealing as Agent’ activity, a bourse statement said.

 

Sidra Capital is now authorized to conduct dealing as principal, agent and underwriter, managing investment funds, managing client portfolios, arranging, advising and custody activities in the securities business.
