SABB Takaful Co. has appointed Bander Almuhana as an independent director from May 31, in place of Waleed Kayal, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

His appointment will be presented for approval at the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

Currently, Almuhana is the managing director of Flynas.
