The shares of Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) will be suspended for two working days starting June 6 until the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement on Wednesday.

 

Meanwhile, the share's fluctuation limit after its capital reduction will be based on a share price of SAR 12.38, it added.
