Hail Cement Co. said in a bourse statement on Monday that Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi resigned on Jul. 5 from his position as an independent board director, adding that the resignation came into effect on Jul. 8.

 

Al-Rajhi exited after King Salman had issued a royal decree last month appointing him as the Kingdom’s new Minister of Labor and Social Development in place of Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis.
