Al Ahli Takaful Co. has appointed Hamed Mohamed Fayez and Khalid Mohammed Bashnini, as non-executive board members from July 17, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The new board members have over 15 years of senior management experience in bank and financial institutions.

 

The two appointments will be presented for approval at the next general assembly meeting, the statement added.
