Hail Cement will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Nov. 30, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination no later than September 6, 2018, as per the regulatory requirements, the statement said.
