Saudi state-owned Saudi Aramco awarded six three-year contracts for Rowan jack-up rigs to ARO Drilling, Rowan announced Tuesday.

 

The company highlighted that the new contracts will commence later this year, upon the completion of the existing contracts.

 

In April, Aramco awarded four three-year contracts for Rowan jack-up rigs to ARO Drilling.

 

ARO Drilling is an equally owned joint venture between Aramco and Rowan.
