AlAhli REIT Fund (1) reported a net profit of SAR 37.13 million for H1 2018, fund manager NCB Capital said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Fees and expenses totaled SAR 38.801 million for H1.

 

Net asset value (NAV) – based on fair value – reached SAR 1.41 billion, or SAR 10.27 per unit, with the number of total units amounting to 137.5 million units.

 

Net yield for the period was 2.7 percent, the statement added.
