Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved on Wednesday an amendment to Article 5 of the procedures and instructions related to listed firms with accumulated losses of 20 percent or more of their capital.

 

The amendment clarifies the periods to be announced by the company in accordance with Article 150 of the Companies Law, the authority added.
